I put a meatloaf in the crockpot yesterday because I knew I would be out with clients most of the day. Before I left, I turned it on low....no I thought I turned it on low but I turned the
knob the wrong way and left it at 400 degrees for 9 hours.
When I returned, the meatloaft was a yucky black brick
and worse......I have ruined my countertop.
Who-da thought a crockpot could do this much damage?
