Update: it was interesting but we wish there had been more there. Even if it was just pots and arrowheads or something. It took only 40 minutes to go through even with John reading everything. Even so if you enjoy history and seeing things that have survied BC, this is worth the ticket.
I drove all over Houston this weekend just for people to waste my time.
I had buyers that let it slip that they are already working with another agent (she is out of town this weekend) I guess they just needed a tour guide. How nice of me to oblige.
I had buyers that lied about having a mortgage together (Dad "might" buy them a house if they find a cheap one) OK kids...next time Dad better be in the car with you then.
Two clients canceled AFTER I had already driven to the property. And what time DID you realize you had better things to do? because....gosh--maybe I had better things to do as well! and One client did not show up to the appointment all. YUP....he stood me up completely after being in a panic to make an offer before the property sells to someone else. In fact....I had to move one of the liars to another time to accommodate him.
