Catching up......

We've been busy!
I finished my classes, and now have to get my education evaluated from the state so I can take my test. As much as I love being home, I am looking forward to getting back to work also.

John finally moved the window boards off the deck,
assuming we won't need them again this season.
The Boyz seemed a little confused, they liked playing around them.

Oh, what can I say about this weeks episode.
The task was to hold an electronics Expo for Senior Citizens.
The girls were an embarrasing disaster.
Imagine, resorting to sex appeal in a task like this one.
It was just almost too painful to watch. The only one on the team with a brain in her silly head is Alla. I am predicting she will be in the final group.
The boys did a great job and even Markus stepped up to be an important asset in winning the task. I still do not seeing Markus going very far, but he sure is trying hard for the team.
Another Losing PM, this time Rebecca on crutches, does not follow The Donald's advice (Toral) on who she should bring into the boardroom. She was very lucky to not get fired.
Jennifer W's smart ass attitude saved Rebecca's butt this time.

Today.....

I woke up in a major funk, so I went to the beach.
The water is still very warm and there is no sign of that cold front that is supposed to be arriving sometime today or tommorrow.

Real Estate School

So I am getting the forms together for my education evaluation for the state and realize one of the classes I took is not on the list of approved courses for new licensees.
The school has it on their list and it did not occur to me to cross check.
If it is really not acceptable I will need 30 more hours.
From taking practice tests, I see my weakness is math.
I may just take it on line, these weekend classes are tough.
This sucks.

Well what a case of de ja vue I have watching tonight's episode.
Didn't we do the Car Ad task like....last season?
Didn't the boys say.....whooHoo we got this on in the bag because we are boys like....last season?
And........
Didn't the girls kick their Ass.....like last season???

All that aside, although the girls have some personality issues they really nailed the task.

The boys on the other hand, lead by PM Chris were not even bright enough to see what a disaster they had created. Could they not see the judges wince at the presentation? How painful.
In the boardroom, the entire team turns on Marcus. Now, Marcus is a flake but he was not given any responsibility and any idea he did have was shot down quickly by the boys club.

In the boardroom, The Donald pretty much told Chris what he needed to do to survive to the next round.
Trump pretty much said, yes Marcus is a disaster, but he did not lose the task.
Trump pretty much pointed out where the mistakes were made.
Trump pretty much said do NOT bring Marcus into the board room.
Did Chris listen?

Note to apprentice candidates:
If Donald bluntly tells you to not to do something, don't do it....Duh.
