I kind of chuckled when I saw thisbut since
I just took a sign out of the yard from
one of my own unsold listings
I'm thinking
maybe it would have been funnier
on another day

Not so funny to me, either. My rent house is still empty. My tenant moved last March and it has been on the market since April with two different agents. I'm really missing the rent. It has NEVER been empty this long.
The weather was so nice down your way over the holidays. Wish we had time to call and get together, but we had our puddy tat here all alone.
That IS funny, but not so funny when you depend on the sale!
