I'm so tired of dealing with these people that have watched/or worse purchased a program from one of those stupid infomercials about getting rich in real estate.Seriously, if you could really buy a bunch of houses with no down payment, bad credit and only pay pennies on the dollar, those of us in the business would be rich already.
