Sorry to be slow with the posts.
I am very busy with work right now.
Along with my usual transferring, moving up and investor clients I have four hurricane Ike families I am working with. These folks lost their homes to storm surge. There is literally nothing left. One client said.."the house was just a house but the losing the contents broke our hearts".
It's just very humbling.

You have had a lot on your plate since Ike. It would be so terrible to lose everything like the family you are working with did. Bless their hearts and yours, too.
Wow, that is so sad. Losing the contents and memories is hard. Hopefully they can rebuild soon.

Oh, my...that so easily could have been you. I'm so glad that you and your "family" (six pack and all) can be home for Christmas.
