Texas Windstorm may be dropping coastal customers this year.
Our policy expires in August, right in the middle of hurricane season.
These policies are lender required.
I wonder how that will work not only with my own little waterfront home but with the ones I am trying to sell as well.
No doubt, prices will be rising.
