New Stamps

Long 'o line at the Post Office yesterday.
I had to mail a package and it seems everyone on Galveston Island needed to buy a book of the new 39 cent stamps in anticipation of the rate increase Jan. 8th. I was annoyed that the line is tied up with this and thinking some of those people could at least have purchased them from the vending machine.
Then I see there are only 37 cent stamps in there, no 39's and no 2's eithor. Oh.
